Responsibilities: * Request quotations and purchase products and services; * Follow up and monitor deliveries of purchased/contracted products and services; * Contact and negotiate with suppliers; * Analyze costs and benefits related to negotiations; * Plan purchases by analyzing prices and delivery timelines; * Issue purchase orders; * Plan and monitor building maintenance activities; * Monitor facilities contracts; * Manage physical inventory of materials; * Contract management (negotiation, tracking of signatures, coordination with Legal Department, and timely handover to the responsible department for implementation). **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP B1. **Benefits:** Three annual bonuses, Childcare allowance, Discounts on company products, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
