Training will be conducted through departmental rotations, as stipulated in the activity schedule signed by all parties (Institution, Roldão, and Apprentice). Responsibilities in the administrative department include organizing documents and files, delivering reports to department supervisors, dispatching mail pouches, preparing rooms for recruitment interviews or training sessions, conducting inventory counts of available uniforms in the store, delivering documents and invoices for management signature, and sorting delivery manifests (organized by date and department); Responsibilities in the Human Resources department include assisting with resume screening, organizing and sorting payroll statements, organizing medical certificates, scheduling candidates for interviews, supporting the recruitment process, and distributing job application forms and tests; Responsibilities in the cashier department include collecting merchandise, processing returns, and serving and guiding store customers; Responsibilities in the Customer Service (SAC) department include answering phone calls and transferring them to appropriate departments, making outbound calls, and organizing invoices and exchange vouchers; Responsibilities in the grocery department include checking product expiration dates, pricing items, restocking light products, and cleaning shelves; Responsibilities in the perishables department include checking product expiration dates, restocking, and weighing items. 251207020219327005
