Roofing Technician

Description

Work involving roof maintenance and engineering at an operational factory with active machinery. The professional will perform assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of metal roofing sheets in an operational industrial environment with active machinery. Work will be performed at height, carrying out activities such as tile replacement, fastening, assembly, adjustment, waterproofing, application and removal of asphaltic membrane, use of blowtorch, and always adhering to safety regulations. The project will have constant client supervision, Occupational Safety Technician oversight, and frequent visits by Engineering staff; mandatory use of PPE and area isolation is required. * Roof maintenance and repairs * Sealing and waterproofing * Installation and structural assembly of roofs from scratch * Replacement of roofing tiles, gutters, flashings, and drip edges * Improvements to duct systems * Advantageous: Cutting and welding of structures **Important:** * Work at height (NR-35 certification mandatory) * Mandatory use of PPE **Requirements:** * Proven experience in roof maintenance * Experience as a roofing technician or industrial assembler * Knowledge of welding and cutting is advantageous * Driver's license will be considered advantageous * NR35 Course – Work at Height Payment: R$2.800,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
