The Vetta Team understands the importance of teamwork and collaboration in delivering results that reach across the globe — while simultaneously **transforming each individual’s career.** **If you want to share your perspective toward a more sustainable world, join the Vetta Team!** **Responsibilities and duties** **This position is exclusively for professionals located in the metropolitan region of São Paulo/SP.** Work arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite). **In this team, you will have the opportunity to:** Handle incident tickets and service requests raised by Bank departments regarding Core Banking systems (Treasury, SGR, Collections, Current Accounts, Ebank, Fixed Income, Business Central, Infobanc, Accounts Payable, Loans, Accounting, AML (Eguardin), Taxes (EasyWay), BacenJud (Presenta)). * Prepare clear and easily understandable functional and technical specifications to ensure optimal interpretation by vendors. * Ensure delivered products comply with specifications defined by the client and the company. * Issue technical opinions on application usage when required. * Lead and document change management, incident management, and problem management processes. * Develop and execute test plans. * Perform system acceptance testing, implementation monitoring, and post-implementation support. * Knowledge of ISQL database. * Provide technical consulting as needed, identifying customer needs, proposing process and function improvements, negotiating alternative solutions, and recommending adoption of new methods and techniques to align solutions with customer requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you for this role:** **Technical knowledge:** * Data modeling (relational); * Database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL; * Programming logic; * Common programming languages: Java, C\#, Python, and JavaScript; * Azure, AWS, GCP. **Desirable:** * Experience in financial institutions or banking projects; * Prior experience as a developer. **Additional information** **OUR BENEFITS:** As a people-focused company, we always strive to value our team.
