For more information, visit WPP.com. ### **Tech Lead Full Stack (VTEX)** #### **Position Mission** Act as a technical leader, responsible for guiding the team in developing scalable, high\-performance solutions and leading complex implementation and legacy system migration projects (especially VTEX). Strong expertise in architecture, engineering best practices, and technical decision\-making is expected, along with clear and fluent English communication for collaboration with global teams. #### **Responsibilities** * Technically lead the development team, promoting best practices and code quality * Serve as a reference in system architecture and technical decision\-making * Lead implementation and legacy system migration projects (VTEX) * Develop and evolve full\-stack applications (hands\-on when required) * Design and implement APIs, microservices, and distributed systems * Ensure application scalability, resilience, and performance * Implement optimization strategies (caching, load balancing, fault tolerance) * Structure and evolve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices * Ensure application observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) * Handle critical incidents and production troubleshooting * Mentor and technically develop the team #### **Required Qualifications** * Advanced/fluent English * Proven experience in technical leadership of teams or projects * Demonstrated experience in at least one complete legacy system implementation/migration cycle (VTEX) * Solid experience with: + React + TypeScript and Node.js + And/or Go + And/or C\#/.NET * Experience building distributed systems, APIs, and microservices * Strong knowledge of database modeling * DevOps experience: + CI/CD + Docker #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced experience in scalable system architecture * Knowledge of: + Cloud platforms (preferably AWS) + Kubernetes + Message queues + Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi) * Experience with observability: + Application monitoring + Structured logging + Distributed tracing * Experience with advanced monitoring and incident response tools #### **Tools** **Required:** * VTEX * React * TypeScript / Node.js / Go / C\# / .NET * DevOps (CI/CD and Docker) **Desirable:** * AWS or other cloud platforms * Kubernetes * Messaging systems * Monitoring and observability tools #### **Behavioral Profile** * Clear communication and technical influence * Proactive mindset and ownership mentality * Leadership and ability to engage the team * Strategic thinking and systemic vision * Focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement At VML, we are committed to fostering a fully inclusive, rewarding workplace that accelerates careers.
