This professional will play a pivotal role in building and evolving the TA strategy, with strong hands-on involvement, a data-driven mindset, and relevant experience in global projects. **Qualifications** **What we’re looking for in you:** * Experience in digital transformation or rapid-scaling environments. * Proficiency in People Analytics tools is a plus. * Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Leader. * Experience in the technology market. * Strong people management experience (leadership, development, organization, and prioritization). * Advanced English (reading, speaking, and writing). * Highly analytical profile, with expertise in using data for prioritization, process improvement, and decision-making. * Experience with TA tools (ATS, analytics, sourcing tools, technical and behavioral assessment platforms). * Familiarity with managing global projects. * Ability to communicate clearly, collaboratively, and influentially with stakeholders at all levels. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Leading and developing the TA team, ensuring clear prioritization, efficiency, and performance focus. * Restructuring end-to-end TA processes by implementing scalable and efficient methodologies. * Participating in global HR initiatives, ensuring local implementation, process localization, and regional synergy. * Creating, analyzing, and monitoring strategic KPIs for decision-making (e.g., funnel metrics, SLAs, hiring quality, productivity, DEI, costs, etc.). * Acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders at all levels, influencing decisions and providing consultative insights. * Ensuring governance, management rituals, and operational robustness for the TA function. * Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives by introducing benchmarks and best practices. **Additional Information** At Serasa Experian, we believe diversity is essential to fostering a healthier, more innovative workplace where everyone can exchange experiences and express ideas freely.
