The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring excellence in customer service, and supervising daily store operations. This position requires a person with a strong business vision, leadership skills, and genuine passion for sales. You will be responsible for managing the store’s day-to-day activities, including team supervision, scheduling of work routines, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. In addition, you must ensure that sales targets are met by monitoring employee performance and implementing strategies to optimize team performance. Experience in team management and leadership is essential. The candidate must have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of market trends. Strong communication and negotiation skills are fundamental, as well as the ability to manage conflicts and motivate team members to achieve goals. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields is required. Prior experience in store management is a plus. Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and experience with sales data analysis are highly valued.
