The Involves development team focuses on uncovering our customers’ pain points and proposing solutions aimed at delivering the best version of our trade marketing software for each specific need. **What will be your role?** You will coordinate the Development team through data-driven management and a culture that balances people and results. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** ---------------------------- * Improve the department: Plan and execute projects to continuously enhance Involves’ development department; * Manage the Dev team: Directly engage with team members on motivation, conflict resolution, care, and professional development aligned with company values; ensure delivery quality, performance evaluation, roles, and compensation; * Exercise leadership: Foster growth of each Dev team member, ensuring engagement and team integration. Develop and inspire by setting an example; * Care deeply: Conduct 1:1 meetings with the team to guarantee the best experience for each Involves team member; * Monitor KPIs: Ensure effective and accurate KPI management to demonstrate departmental results and support data-informed decision-making; * Support the team in executing tasks: Help the team prioritize activities and projects, acting as a facilitator to ensure expected delivery timelines and quality; * Data-Driven: Ensure project execution is grounded in data-oriented management and supported by key departmental KPIs to enable intelligent decision-making; * Promote cross-departmental alignment: Ensure integration and alignment of activities involving other departments, guided by empathy, strong interpersonal relationships, synergy, and assertive communication; * Improve the development process: Identify stages within our development process that do not contribute to team performance gains, and evolve those stages; * Make daily problem-solving decisions: Proactively facilitate issue resolution guided by policies and procedures to accelerate processes; * Develop: Assist in evaluating team members’ performance and support their personal and professional growth; * Scale/Evolve: Drive each team member’s evolution by recognizing achievements, providing feedback, hiring, terminating employment, and sizing teams appropriately; * Attract and retain talent: Collaborate with the team and HR on talent attraction and retention initiatives. **To make this show happen, you must master:** --------------------------------------------------------------- * Advanced/Fluent Spanish; * Experience leading development teams; * Technical knowledge in the development field; * Discipline in conducting follow-ups and one-on-one meetings with team members; * Monitoring team activities to maximize productivity; * Delivery management; * Experience with AI; * Data-driven decision-making; * Feedback-oriented culture; * Intermediate Spanish; **If you want to stand out, it’s great if you also have…** --------------------------------------------------------- * Advanced English. **Benefits that make a real difference in your daily life!** ------------------------------------------------------ Here, we value your well-being, growth, and quality of life.
