The schedule is flexible according to meetings and deliverables. * **Hiring process stages:** Composed of 3–4 stages, with an average interval of up to 3 business days between stages. * **Communication channels:** We use E\-mail and WhatsApp. Please ensure these details are correct during registration to avoid communication failures. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking an Integration Architect to lead the definition and evolution of integration strategies among systems, applications, and business partners. You will be responsible for designing scalable, resilient, and secure architectures, supporting digital transformation initiatives through APIs, events, and integration platforms. We seek someone with systemic thinking, strong technical influence capabilities, and experience building distributed and event-driven ecosystems. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Defining integration architectures and standards aligned with business needs; * Designing solutions using APIs, events, and messaging; * Supporting technical teams in defining and implementing optimal integration strategies; * Ensuring scalability, security, observability, and governance of integrations; * Leading architectural decisions related to APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication; * Promoting best practices, standards, and continuous evolution of enterprise architecture; * Acting as a technical reference in strategic integration initiatives. **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Solid experience in Integration Architecture and Systems Architecture; * Experience with event-driven architectures (Event\-Driven Architecture); * Experience in API design, governance, and lifecycle management; * Hands-on experience with API-as-a-Product and API Management; * Knowledge of REST, gRPC, GraphQL, and asynchronous integrations; * Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Google Pub/Sub, AWS SQS, Azure Service Bus, or similar solutions; * Experience with integration platforms, API Gateways, and ESBs; * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and API Analytics; * Experience in data mapping and transformation; * Understanding of microservices and distributed systems; * Practical experience with programming languages supporting architectural decisions. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with API Ops; * Experience working with Service Mesh; * Familiarity with AsyncAPI; * Experience in Open Finance, Open Insurance, or Open Health initiatives; * Experience with platforms such as Kong, Apigee, MuleSoft, WSO2, or similar; * Certifications related to architecture, cloud, or integration. **What do we offer our Builders?** * Meal allowance (VA/VR) via Caju card; * Remote work allowance via Caju card; * Flexible Points Program on your Caju \- *a flexible amount you can use however you choose;* * National Health Plan by Porto Seguro (Silver Plan with private room and no co-payment), with 50% of the monthly fee covered by Builders; * Dental Plan by Porto Seguro (Bronze Plan), with 100% of the monthly fee covered by Builders; * Childcare allowance for children up to 72 months old; * Mental Health Support \- *access to the Conexa app*; * Physical Health Support \- *access to Gympass and TotalPass apps*; * Life insurance ***All our positions are inclusive and open to individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, disabilities, and other forms of diversity.
