Strengthening of governance and internal control processes We are looking for a **Risk Consultant** to help structure and strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control processes, with active involvement in client projects and interaction across multiple departments. ### **Job Information** **Location:** Campinas – SP **Work Mode:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** 08:12 to 18:00 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Gympass ### **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate corporate risks * Execute and support internal control and regulatory process testing * Map business processes (BPMN) and design operational workflows * Develop policies, procedures, and work instructions * Support governance and compliance initiatives * Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation * Collaborate with departments to promote enterprise-wide risk management culture ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields * Experience in internal audit, internal controls, or risk management * Practical experience in process mapping and risk identification * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Willingness to travel * Valid driver's license ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA * Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
