HIRING – MACHINE OPERATOR RolloPlast has an open opportunity for a **Machine Operator** at its Poá unit. About the position We are seeking committed, responsible professionals with a desire to grow alongside the company, working in the operation and monitoring of industrial machinery in the plastic packaging segment. The professional will be responsible for ensuring proper equipment functionality, overseeing production processes, and contributing to production quality and safety. Key responsibilities * Operate industrial machines and equipment; * Perform basic adjustments and monitor production; * Feed machines with raw materials; * Monitor quality of manufactured products; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area; * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures; * Support the production team whenever necessary. Requirements * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience operating industrial machinery is desirable; * Commitment, attention, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work onsite in Poá/SP.
