If you identify with us, apply now to participate in our selection process and become part of our story! **What You Need:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; Solid experience in Compensation-related topics; Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills; Interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** Intermediate knowledge of other Human Resources subsystems; Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry; **Your Responsibilities:** Conduct studies and analyses to support the design, maintenance, and governance of the Job Grading and Career Framework, ensuring internally and externally balanced compensation practices; Analyze and validate job descriptions—including responsibilities, requirements, and necessary competencies—to support compensation processes, people management, recruitment, and training; Analyze, evaluate, and propose the creation or updating of positions, considering approved structures, the Brazilian Occupational Classification (CBO), and applicable legal requirements; Monitor implementation of the Insurance Group’s Collective Bargaining Agreements, ensuring correct application of minimum wages, percentages, rules, and salary range updates; Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date salary tables aligned with internal policies, ensuring consistency in salary curves and market alignment; Analyze employee compensation to identify adjustment needs related to job classification, retention, or competitiveness, in accordance with the company’s compensation policy; Lead and participate in salary and market research (compensation, benefits, and structures), performing benchmarking and external competitiveness analyses; Analyze and propose improvements to Bradesco Seguros Group’s Compensation Policy, supporting strategies for talent attraction, retention, and business sustainability; Implement and monitor PLR (Profit and Results Sharing), ensuring compliance with legislation and Collective Agreements—including eligibility criteria, proportional allocations, and payment terms; Implement and support Variable Compensation programs aligned with Bradesco Seguros Group’s strategy. **Work Location:** Paulista – São Paulo/SP **Work Model:** Hybrid (2 days onsite) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00 **Our Benefits:** Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher; Food Allowance; Medical and Dental Assistance; Childcare or babysitting allowance for your children; Viva Bem Program; Birthday Day Off (on your birthday date or month); Profit Sharing Program; Personal Accident Insurance; Private Pension Plan; Exclusive discounts on insurer products; Banking Services Package; Opportunity to participate in Bradesco Volunteer Programs; Courses supporting personal and professional development; Incentives for university and language courses through partner institutions; Access to recreational clubs located in SP and RJ; Internal social network featuring engagement activities and special rewards; Advantage Club offering discounts and/or cashback with partners including pharmacies, gyms, stores, and services.
