As a **Sales Enablement Analyst**, your mission will be to **enhance commercial performance in a scalable manner**, ensuring the sales team has clarity, consistency, and efficiency at every stage of the funnel. See more details about this position below—and find out if it’s the right fit for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Structure and update commercial playbooks for SDRs and AEs; * Organize onboarding and recurring training for the sales team; * Create and maintain commercial materials, presentations, scripts, and case studies; * Monitor funnel metrics and support performance analysis; * Listen to sales calls and provide continuous improvement feedback; * Design learning paths and weekly role-play sessions; * Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align communication and processes; * Support adoption and optimization of tools such as HubSpot and Meetrox, contributing to the development of metrics and commercial performance scoring. **Performance Metrics** Funnel conversion rate (SQL* Won); * Time-to-ramp for new sellers; * Win rate per funnel stage; * Average deal size and sales quality (Meetrox); * Adherence to commercial playbook; * Training engagement; * Team performance improvement; * Reduction of performance variance among sellers; * Technical and diagnostic quality of calls (Meetrox). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must reside in São Paulo (SP); * Experience in commercial operations and sales enablement; * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus); * Knowledge of SaaS B2B sales funnels; * Analytical ability to interpret metrics and conversion data; * Strong organizational skills and ability to structure processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in call analysis and commercial quality assessment; * Background in SaaS or technology companies; * Familiarity with sales methodologies and negotiation techniques. **Additional Information** #### **Our Benefits:** Hybrid work model (with VT — office near Av.
