We are looking for an organized, communicative, proactive professional with a keen eye for identifying candidates aligned with the company’s culture and business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Align job requirements with hiring managers * Post job openings on recruitment channels * Screen resumes and conduct interviews * Administer assessments and manage stages of the selection process * Provide feedback to candidates * Support continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes * Maintain up-to-date job reports and metrics **Requirements:** * Experience in recruitment and selection * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple job openings simultaneously * Familiarity with job posting platforms and selection tools * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-volume recruitment * Experience conducting competency-based interviews * Knowledge of employer branding and HR metrics **Candidate Profile:** * Proactivity * Empathy * Sense of urgency * Strong analytical ability * Interpersonal relationship skills **Job Details:** * Work model: On-site * Location: São José do Rio Preto * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
