If you are passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and have experience in strategic recruitment, this opportunity is for YOU! **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, feedback); * Align candidate profiles with managers; * Administer and analyze technical and behavioral assessments; * Conduct onboarding; * Administer experience evaluations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for positions at various levels (Mid-level, Senior, Master); * Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment tools; * Experience handling high volumes of job openings and diverse candidate profiles; * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
