If you’re driven by challenges, enjoy connecting with people, and want to work for a company making a real difference in the pet world, the Petlove Inside Sales team is waiting for you! **What we offer:** * **Real impact:** Each sale represents an important step toward ensuring pets’ health and happiness across Brazil. * **Continuous development:** Here, your learning never stops—we continuously invest in your potential! * **Collaborative environment:** We value teamwork, where everyone actively contributes to achieving our shared goals. * **Petlove Culture:** We love what we do, and it shows in a welcoming workplace rooted in genuine passion for pets. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Deliver training sessions for new team members and refresher trainings (from preparing/updating materials to practical content delivery); * Support new team members during their first days by addressing questions (regarding systems, products, sales processes, etc.), conducting monitoring sessions, and providing feedback; * Conduct regular monitoring call listens to track the sales process and ensure service quality; * Provide weekly feedback based on monitoring/listens, focusing on employee development through concrete examples and practical, objective guidance; * Hold one-on-one meetings with all team members, focusing on each individual’s personal and professional growth; * Review each salesperson’s sales funnel organization to optimize performance; * Analyze lead distribution across the team and assess each salesperson’s response time after receiving a lead; * Manage attendance records (tracking absences, late arrivals, overtime bank, medical certificates, etc.) and schedule rotations for days off, Saturdays, holidays, and vacations; * Correct system entries related to unconverted referral errors. #### **Requirements:** * Experience leading B2C sales teams, preferably in telesales; * Familiarity with performance indicator management tools; * Analytical ability to interpret sales data and propose improvements; * Academic background in related fields.
