Job Summary: Lead and develop the production team, ensuring goal achievement and raw materials management, while also engaging in training and workflow planning. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in workflow planning and organization **Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop the production team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Ensure daily production targets are met according to plans and goals; * Manage raw materials and support inventory control and merchandise ordering; * Conduct training, onboarding, and continuous team development; * Participate in shift scheduling and workflow organization; * Support financial indicator monitoring, including waste, COGS, and productivity. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of performance indicators and management; * Experience in management and bakery operations. **Working Hours:** * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (1 Sunday off per month); * 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (1-hour break). **Compensation:** * R$2.835,50; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Bonus.
