Job Summary: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery; diagnose and resolve failures; interpret schematics; and support continuous process improvement. Perform root cause analysis of failures and propose improvements JUNIOR MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Initially temporary contract with strong possibility of permanent hiring **Requirements:** * Reside in the São José dos Pinhais region or have easy access * Education: Completed technical course in mechanics, mechatronics, or equivalent * Minimum 2 years of experience as an industrial mechanical maintenance technician * Essential knowledge of eccentric presses * Knowledge of: * Maintenance software * Machine tools (lathe, grinder, milling machine, etc.) * Industrial welding **Salary:** To be negotiated **Meal Voucher** * BRL 27.00 per working day **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour break) **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on company machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Support production lines by diagnosing and resolving failures in pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, ensuring equipment availability and reliability. * Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance according to pre-established plans and checklists. * Record all maintenance activities in the company's maintenance management system. * Interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematics of machinery and equipment, performing adjustments and proposing improvements when necessary. * Support the Maintenance Supervisor in developing, reviewing, and continuously improving preventive and predictive maintenance plans. * Provide technical input for quality, productivity, and process efficiency improvement initiatives. * Repair parts and components, and implement improvements using industrial welding, machine tools, and other maintenance resources. * Conduct root cause analysis of failures, proposing and implementing corrective actions and improvements to equipment and processes. * Guide, train, and provide technical support to other maintenance technicians.
