This Process Technician will be responsible for collecting data, preparing technical drawings, monitoring adjustments, and implementing change management to improve processes.

**Process Technician**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Collect process data to implement and correct adjustments aimed at reducing or improving the production process/cycle;
* Prepare drawings/documents of fabric layers used in production processes and submit them to Process Engineering and other departments;
* Prepare drawings/documents of Cutting Kits used in the process and send them to suppliers;
* Prepare cutting files used by cutting machines (Eastman and Lectra) for manufacturing fabric kits for blades;
* Monitor process adjustments, ensuring proper execution and identifying opportunities for improvement;
* Prepare reports in accordance with established procedures;
* Implement change management to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in operations.
* Contribute to specific projects related to process improvement, introduction of new products, or implementation of operational changes
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:**
* Completed high school education
* Microsoft Office suite;
* Basic Engineering concepts (Mathematics, Drawing, Logic, etc.);
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Metrology (use of measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, etc.);
* 2D and 3D Technical Drawing software
* (AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks).
**Desirable:**
* Basic English; Technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields
