COOK / BAKERY ASSISTANT

We are seeking a talented and dedicated professional for the position of Cook and Bakery Assistant. The person will be responsible for ensuring the production of tasty and safe meals, as well as preparing bakery items and various snacks, in accordance with the company's quality and hygiene standards. Main Responsibilities * **Meal Preparation:** Plan and execute the preparation of hot and cold dishes, salads, side dishes, and desserts according to the established menu. * **Bakery Production:** Produce bakery items such as bread, cakes, cookies, savory pastries, and sweets, ensuring quality and visual presentation. * **Ingredient Management:** Select, wash, cut, season, and organize food items prior to cooking; monitor inventory levels and request restocking when necessary. * **Hygiene and Safety:** Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety standards (GMP — Good Manufacturing Practices), maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils. * **Quality Control:** Ensure all food items meet high standards of quality, flavor, aroma, and presentation while minimizing waste. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate with the kitchen team and other staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven prior experience in the role of cook or similar activities. * Knowledge of various culinary techniques and cooking methods (baking, frying, sautéing, etc.). * Preferred specific experience in bakery/production of baked goods. * Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. * Organization, agility, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. * Completion of elementary education (minimum requirement).
