Job Summary: Plastic Agglomerator Operator responsible for operating, feeding, and controlling parameters to ensure material quality, as well as cleaning and organizing. Key Highlights: 1. Operate plastic agglomeration machine 2. Control operational parameters 3. Availability to work in shifts We are currently conducting a selection process for the following position: Position: Plastic Agglomerator Operator Work Location: Santa Isabel – SP Working Hours: Shift schedule * 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM * 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Salary: R$ 2\.300,00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance \+ Basic Food Basket Main Responsibilities: * Operate plastic agglomeration machine * Feed the machine with plastic scraps and residues * Control operational parameters such as temperature, time, and rotation speed * Monitor the process to ensure quality of the agglomerated material * Perform cleaning and organization of the area and equipment * Comply with safety and quality standards * Assist with basic preventive maintenance when required Requirements: * Experience in this role or with machines in the plastic industry * Availability to work in shifts * Availability to work overtime * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to processes Contract Type: Permanent Expected Start Date: Immediate Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
