




Job Summary: An S&OP professional responsible for evaluating demand and operations planning to ensure inventory balance and maximize service levels, aligning the logistics chain and pursuing continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Management of Distribution Planning among Distribution Centers 2. Participation in improvement projects and implementation of tools 3. Development and monitoring of Transfer KPIs in Power BI The S&OP area is responsible for evaluating short-, medium-, and long-term Demand and Operations Planning to ensure inventory balance and maximize service levels for our customers. The professional will be responsible for ensuring alignment across the supply logistics chain, scheduling and receipt of transfers between Operational Centers, managing service delivery to Centers and defined product mix, driving improvements and best practices in Distribution Planning among Distribution Centers, and coordinating with Logistics Operations at Distribution Centers and Branches. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure stock availability and fulfillment at Distribution Centers via DRP / IBP processes. * Manage service lead times for legacy systems across assigned Centers/Processes/Materials within the professional’s service portfolio. * Creation and management of Transfer Orders / Shipments. * Participation in improvement projects and implementation of tools and Distribution Centers (CDs) within the Distribution Planning area. * Develop, update, and monitor Transfer KPIs in Power BI. * Balance inventory across Distribution Centers according to material type. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP) and/or Distribution Planning. * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Production Engineering, and/or Logistics. * Advanced Office skills. * SAP knowledge (PP, MM, IBP) **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Postgraduate degree. * Intermediate Spanish. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) * Flexible working hours; * Meal Allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen Company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual Bonus (Profit Sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
