Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Manager to manage routines, processes and KPIs, lead meetings, ensure reporting, and analyze indicators for improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and scale the Bonamigo Group's finance department 2. Lead finance teams with a focus on process improvement 3. Analytical and managerial vision for strategic decision-making To better understand our challenge: We are Bonamigo, a reference company in iron and steel. Our headquarters is located in Cascavel/PR, and we operate three additional branches. Currently, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and participate in this initial phase, someone who wishes to scale our Group in Cascavel, PR. Responsibilities: Manage routines, processes, and performance indicators of the finance department; Conduct periodic meetings and monitor action plans; Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports; Analyze indicators and implement improvements (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H); Manage budgetary control across units and departments; Develop processes and train the team; Present results and indicators to the executive board; Evaluate team performance in partnership with HR; Participate in strategic meetings with the executive board; Desired Profile: Strong analytical and managerial vision; Experience leading finance teams; Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and process improvement; Minimum of 4 years of experience.
