So, come get “aluminized” with us! \#VemserCBA **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintenance Request Management: Process and ensure order quality in the system within 10 days. * Maintenance Planning: Specify and quantify labor, materials, and resources required for each maintenance order, and schedule accordingly. * Procurement of Materials and Services: Issue purchase requisitions and conduct follow-up for repair services. * Maintenance Order Analysis: Compare planned versus actual hours to identify planning improvements. * Management of Planned Major Shutdowns: Identify required services, materials, and labor; develop schedules; and monitor execution onsite. * Collaboration with Technical Teams: Ensure scopes and specifications for service contracting and improvements. * Indicator Control: Analyze and maintain SGMan-CBA indicators; guarantee data accuracy in the system. * Scheduling and Prioritization: Weekly prioritization of maintenance orders and preparation of scheduling meeting minutes. * Maintenance Order Closure: Perform technical closure of maintenance orders in the system. * Inventory and Materials Control: Verify material availability and communicate delivery timelines. * Other Responsibilities: Ensure maintenance order compliance, prepare performance reports, and participate in evaluation meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Experience: 1–3 years in maintenance planning, preferably in Mining. * Skills: Proficiency in planning software (CMMS, ERP SAP), advanced Office Suite (Excel and Word), MS Project, Power BI, project management, analytical ability, and strong communication skills. * Driver’s License Category B. **Additional Information** At home, at work, during leisure, in transportation, and in food and pharmaceutical packaging—aluminum is part of people’s lives every day, far more than they imagine.
