**Responsibilities and duties** **Key challenges as an** **HR ASSISTANT III - PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT** **\- Barra:**
Support and assist employees and faculty members in internal institutional processes;
Support managers in opening positions and conducting selection processes and interviews;
Execute the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines; schedule admission, periodic, and termination medical exams;
Act as a legal representative at hearings;
Assist employees with questions regarding HR-related service tickets;
Plan and organize institutional events and activities for commemorative dates;
Develop, consolidate, and present materials for monthly performance review meetings, as well as content related to HR topics (RMR, GDA, people metrics, among others).
Support managers throughout the Performance Review Cycle, clarifying questions about evaluations, calibrations, and feedback based on the Nine Box methodology;
Monitor, analyze, and break down Diversity, Harassment, Employee Engagement Survey, and eNPS metrics;
Serve as the guardian of the Diversity and Inclusion pillar, promoting actions and initiatives that foster a more equitable, respectful, and representative workplace.
Conduct exit interviews for eligible positions, contributing analyses and insights to support continuous improvement.
**Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:**
Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
Experience as a Generalist HR professional or HR Business Partner working directly with managers;
Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection processes, including competency-based interviews;
Knowledge of HR metrics;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
