If you are dynamic, didactic, and have experience training operational teams, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and practical training to operational employees; * Onboard new employees; * Monitor team performance in the field to ensure compliance with procedures; * Identify training needs and propose continuous improvements; * Develop supporting training materials and training reports; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; * Support leadership in standardizing operational processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Prior experience delivering training to operational teams; * Strong communication and didactic skills; * Knowledge of operational routines (e.g., cleaning, facilities management, security, or related areas); * Willingness to travel, if required. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in service outsourcing companies; * Training, HR, or occupational safety courses; * Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs). **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and organizational skills; * Ability to teach and engage people effectively; * Professional demeanor and strong sense of responsibility; * Strong observational and analytical skills.
