**Occupational Safety Technician** **Job Objective:** Promote and ensure the safety and health of employees by implementing OSH policies, assessing and controlling risks, and developing preventive and educational actions. The professional is responsible for monitoring and managing working conditions, investigating and preventing accidents, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, thereby guaranteeing a safe, healthy workplace aligned with organizational best practices. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, participate in the development of, and implement occupational safety and health (OSH) policies; * Conduct audits, monitoring, and evaluations in the area; * Identify variables related to disease control, accident prevention, quality of life, and environmental protection; * Develop educational initiatives in occupational safety and health; * Participate in expert assessments and inspections and integrate negotiation processes; * Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; * Manage OSH documentation; * Investigate and analyze accidents and recommend preventive and control measures; * Advise on teaching, research, and extension activities; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Experience in the civil construction sector is a plus; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **Benefits:** At Valor Real, we value each member of our team and invest in their growth and well-being.
