**1. About the Position** A professional with solid experience to work at the forefront of our engineering department, responsible for leading the development of high-complexity projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation in processes. In addition to execution, this professional will play a key role in mentoring younger team members and in strategic client interfacing to enable high-value customized solutions. **2. Key Responsibilities** ● Lead and execute electrical projects of **medium and high complexity**; ● Serve as a **technical mentor** for developing analysts (junior level); ● Perform technical validation and review of projects prepared by other team members; ● Propose and implement continuous improvements in project processes and company technical standards; ● Conduct direct technical interface with clients for high-complexity proposals and alignment meetings; ● Ensure integration between the electrical project and manufacturing and assembly requirements. **3. Essential Skills and Requirements** ● **Education:** Graduated Electrical Engineer or professional with proven experience exceeding **5 years** in the field; ● **Advanced Proficiency:** Expertise in **AutoCAD**, **EPLAN**, and preferably **SOLIDWORKS**; ● **Technical Expertise:** Comprehensive mastery of single-line diagrams, multi-line diagrams, and complex control and protection schematics; ● **Systems:** Proven experience using **ERP** systems for material and process management; ● **Communication:** Ability to technically influence and clearly communicate complex concepts; ● **Management:** Proactivity in seeking optimized solutions and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ● **Reasoning:** Advanced analytical thinking focused on solving engineering problems. **4. Preferred Qualifications** ● Advanced experience with **SOLIDWORKS 3D** applied in industrial environments; ● In-depth knowledge of standards **NBR-61439**, **NR-10**, and international standards such as **IEC 61439**; ● Prior experience in coordinating or supervising engineering technical teams; ● **Fluent technical English** for negotiations and reading international standards; ● Experience in engineering process optimization projects (Lean Engineering). **5.
