The professional will work in the training unit, focusing on diagnosing capacity-building needs, planning and delivering training (on new products, technologies, and refresher courses), monitoring the practical application of training, leading continuous improvement cycles (PDCA), and tracking employee performance outcomes following training interventions.
**Identify training needs:**
* Conduct competency and performance gap analysis (through assessments, interviews with leaders, and performance metrics) to identify areas requiring training or refresher courses.
**Plan training programs:**
* Develop training plans aligned with organizational objectives and employees’ development needs.
**Deliver training on new products and technologies:**
* Organize and conduct in-person, online, or hybrid training sessions, including materials, presentations, and interactive resources.
**Lead PDCA cycles for low performance:**
* Implement continuous improvement approaches (PDCA) for employees whose performance falls below expectations, defining corrective actions, measuring results, and adjusting as necessary.
**Monitor post-training performance:**
* Monitor and evaluate training impact through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting programs as needed.
**Update training materials and content:**
* Continuously review and improve training materials in line with new technologies, products, and best practices.
**Collaborate with related departments:**
* Work with product leaders, managers, and HR to align priorities, resources, and training schedules.
