**What are we looking for?** **Main responsibilities:** Lead the technical scope of work for a development team; Break down technical and functional briefings for international teams and vendors; Sequence tasks to optimize work execution; Define best development practices; Promote and encourage the team’s continuous upskilling; Manage scope, goals, and deliverables of development efforts in collaboration with all stakeholders; Review and refactor existing code into high-quality code; Ensure optimal application performance and usability; Identify and resolve bottlenecks, perform debugging and fixes.
