**Marketing Analyst I** --------------------------- **About the opportunity:** As a Marketing Analyst I at BHub, you are expected to be a generalist, curious, and highly motivated to learn through hands-on experience. You will play a key role in supporting the execution of our B2B marketing strategy across multiple fronts — from content creation to digital channel operations. We seek someone eager to build experience in a dynamic environment, helping our brand communicate clearly and effectively with our customers and partners. **Key responsibilities:** * Design and deploy email marketing campaigns focused on engagement and conversion; * Produce rich content: e-books, newsletters, and blog posts for our inbound strategy; * Manage social media channels: create content, schedule posts, and perform basic performance tracking; * Create and update Landing Pages for specific campaigns; * Provide operational support for organizing webinars and in-person brand events; * Organize assets and creative materials to support paid media campaigns; * Edit short videos for social media and internal communications; * Review and assist in developing scripts for ads and corporate videos. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in the final year in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields; * A hands-on, organized profile with strong writing skills; * Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva and video editing software); * Familiarity with Google Workspace; * Availability to work in a hybrid model (at our São Paulo/SP office). **Nice-to-have:** * Prior experience or internship in Marketing; * Knowledge of automation tools (RD Station); * Experience with Meta Business Suite; * Exposure to the startup ecosystem or B2B market. **Some of our benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher (Flash Card); * Remote work allowance (Flash Card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher (2% payroll deduction); * Childcare allowance; * Extended parental leave (for mothers and fathers); * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Full Sesc membership; * Zenklub. **Want to know more about Bhub?** We are an operational processing company that combines technology and specialists to handle accounting, financial, and administrative tasks for businesses.
