Don’t miss this opportunity! **\#joinrandoncorp \#joincaster \#joincastertech** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop programs to be used on a group of machines across different processes, aiming to optimize raw material and time utilization; * Monitor program execution, assess quality, and perform necessary adjustments; * Participate in developing new process and/or product projects, contributing to quality and safety assurance as well as environmental aspects, following the macroprocess methodology; * Identify improvement opportunities, propose alternatives aligned with the company’s methodology, implement them, and ensure achievement of planned results; * Provide support within your area of expertise by evaluating production flows and layouts, seeking to reduce scrap and process losses to meet demand fulfillment strategy; * Validate and approve changes to fixtures and tools for implementation in the process; * Conduct try-outs of fixtures and tools to approve process development; * Develop action plans for non-conformities identified during Management System audits, monitor implementation to ensure achievement of planned results and deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education * Metrology and measurement * Certification in CNC Lathe Operation and Programming **Additional Information** Shift 1: 07:12 to 17:00 #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
