Opportunity to develop leadership skills **Position:** Logistics Supervisor. **Location:** Vila Nova, Cajamar/SP **Employment Type:** CLT. **Schedule:** * 2nd Shift: Monday to Saturday, from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM * 3rd Shift: Sunday to Friday, from 10:00 PM to 5:28 AM **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance - R$ 150.00 * On-site cafeteria; * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance. * Shuttle service (subject to region) **Responsibilities:** * Manage the operational team; * Monitor logistics processes; * Ensure equipment availability; * Guarantee inventory execution; Distribute and monitor team activities; * Complete operational records (absenteeism, overtime, etc.) Requirements: Microsoft Office suite. Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields. Experience in team management.
