About the Opportunity This is a strategic role within our Sales team, where the candidate will be responsible for the commercial success of a portfolio of small offices. This includes renewing existing members, as well as prospecting and closing new business. As a successful Leasing Associate, you will have the opportunity to: * Promote, develop, and close renewal opportunities in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment. * Capture, nurture, and close new business opportunities, ensuring potential clients’ needs are met and exceeded. * Act as the owner of commercial success for your portfolio, collaborating with Community Team colleagues and the broader Sales team. * Daily responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Maintain high activity levels through regular customer touchpoints. * Collaborate with Community Teams to ensure successful onboarding of new members. * Maintain our CRM to ensure an accurate view of your sales pipeline is displayed. * Execute the strategy and processes implemented by Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations leadership. * Serve as a positive WeWork brand ambassador and confidently communicate our value proposition to members. * Deliver unparalleled customer service to ensure the best possible experience. About You We would love to speak with you if you have: * Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. * Proven experience achieving sales targets and being KPI-driven (Key Performance Indicators). * At least two years or more of professional experience in sales, account management, or business-closing related fields. * Proven experience nurturing, negotiating, renewing, and closing sales (required). * Excellent customer service experience and relationship-building skills. * A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
