**About the Role:**
* As an LDR, you will be the guardian of our database. Your primary mission will be to research, map, and qualify leads and strategic accounts, ensuring that the prospecting team (SDRs) has access to the most accurate and valuable information to initiate outreach. You will act as a true detective, investigating the market to uncover the best opportunities and ensuring the quality of our commercial intelligence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Conduct market research** to identify opportunities and trends that can be converted into qualified leads.
* **Map and profile** strategic accounts and leads, ensuring alignment with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
* **Collect and organize** relevant data about the market, companies, and stakeholders, maintaining a robust and reliable database.
* **Pre-validate contact data** before forwarding it to the SDR team, ensuring information quality.
* **Maintain the CRM database**, keeping it updated and properly segmented.
* **Support lead prioritization**, optimizing the prospecting team’s workflow.
* **Prepare commercial intelligence reports** to support strategic decision-making.
* **Assist with administrative tasks** within the department, contributing to team organization and efficiency.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
* Prior experience in prospecting, BDR, SDR, or LDR roles, preferably in B2B markets.
* Experience mapping leads and companies for prospecting, preferably IT-sector leads from large enterprises.
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM systems (sales and prospecting management platforms, e.g., Salesforce).
* Results-oriented mindset and analytical skills to identify patterns and opportunities.
* Excellent written communication skills for creating profiles and reports.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of market research and intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ramper, Apollo, etc.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
* Experience in technology or SaaS companies.
* Intermediate English proficiency for market research and analysis.
**Work Location:** Curitiba - PR (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite)
