Job Summary: This professional will provide in-person and WhatsApp-based support to employees, focusing on HR and payroll routines, requiring a proactive and communicative profile. Key Highlights: 1. Humanized and clear support to employees 2. Participation in onboarding and offboarding processes 3. Clarification of questions regarding vacations, terminations, and eSocial Responsibilities and Duties * Provide in-person and WhatsApp-based support to employees, ensuring clear and humanized assistance; * Participate in onboarding, benefits presentations, and support during offboarding processes. * Clarify questions regarding vacations, terminations, DIRF, income statements, and eSocial. * Field work whenever necessary. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience with payroll routines; * Experience in accounting offices is a plus; * Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields; * Proactive and communicative profile, focused on service and relationship management; * Ability to convey trust and deliver guidance clearly; * Availability for fully in-person work; * Valid Driver's License Category B.
