**Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Junior Inventory Analyst to oversee and monitor inventory routines for operations. We are looking for an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional capable of identifying discrepancies, supporting operational resolution efforts, and monitoring inventory accuracy. The professional will have direct contact with operational controls, report preparation, data analysis, and interaction with management teams and clients — making this role critical to ensuring the reliability of inventory processes and providing operational support. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (currently pursuing preferred); * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Prior experience with operational routines, inventory, or stock control is a plus; * Analytical and organized profile; * Good communication skills and sense of priority; * Aptitude for working with controls, reports, and discrepancy analysis; * Proactivity and attention to detail; * Availability to work in an operational/logistics environment. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Key responsibilities include:** Responsible for executing and monitoring inventory routines, including cyclic counts, countbacks, scans, and W2W processes. Conduct discrepancy analyses, manage system adjustments, and support inventory accuracy. Also responsible for creating operational reports, developing performance indicators, and reporting to management and clients — ensuring performance tracking and supporting decision-making.
