**What will you do?**
The Document Quality team ensures that all technical documentation in Brazil meets GSK’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. Responsible for the full document lifecycle — creation, review, version control, approval, and archiving — ensuring clarity, compliance, and traceability of records.
In this internship, you will support the management, review, and maintenance of quality documents. You will collaborate with local and global teams, learning essential processes and tools to ensure documentation is accurate, up\-to\-date, and audit\-ready. We value organized, curious, communicative, and collaborative individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a team united by science, technology, and talent to defeat diseases together. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance health and gain insight into key activities critical to progressing your career, including:
* Support the creation, review, and version control of quality and regulatory documents.
* Maintain document management databases and systems with accuracy and integrity.
* Track document outstanding items and ensure timely updates.
* Assist in process standardization and continuous improvement of quality and documentation processes.
* Communicate\-with external suppliers and the local team to clarify requirements and ensure document compliance.
**What are we looking for?**
We seek students with the following attributes to help us achieve our goals:
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Knowledge of quality standards (GMP/Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
* Proactive profile, capable of suggesting simple process improvements and adept at handling administrative processes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
* Availability to intern in a hybrid model in Jacarepaguá for 6 hours per day, preferably between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
