Develop initiatives related to culture, employee engagement, and organizational climate A technology company specializing in logistics for international transportation operations seeks a Human Resources Manager in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Organize and lead the Human Resources area in Brazil, establishing processes, policies, and routines. Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection, from job opening to closing. Administer payroll, benefits, and personnel management, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, minimizing labor risks in operations. Implement internal HR policies, regulations, and practices aligned with the company’s strategy. Develop and execute initiatives focused on culture, employee engagement, and organizational climate. Organize performance evaluation processes, as well as employee training and development. Support internal communication and process structuring in a growth-oriented environment. Previous experience as HR Director, Talent Manager, People Management Coordinator, or HR Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
