Operating in Brazil for over 10 years, it employs approximately 250 professionals nationwide, delivering product development services to vehicle manufacturers and auto parts suppliers. **Job Description** Support in hiring new employees and service providers. Responsible for the admission document checklist and the hiring checklist. Support in managing electronic timekeeping and employee ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates). Liaising with HR employees and suppliers. Supporting employee services and HR-related requests, as well as handling inquiries from suppliers, visitors, and clients across IDIADA’s Brazilian units; Answering the PBX system and transferring calls. **Qualifications** Strong communication skills and interpersonal ease (Required) Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer (Required) Interest in working in the Human Resources field (Required) Prior experience performing office-based HR activities is a plus. Education Completed High School. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Required) Language * Portuguese (Native or Fluent); * Intermediate or Advanced English for communication (Required) * Spanish (Preferred). Work Location: IDIADA São Bernardo do Campo \- SP.
