Professional growth opportunities **Human Resources Analyst Opportunity at Biofast** We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional to join our Human Resources team at Biofast, located near Parque Vila Lobos. As a Human Resources Analyst, you will contribute to developing and implementing People Development policies and cultivating a positive, productive work environment. For this role, the candidate will dedicate 80% of their time to T&D activities and 20% to generalist HR responsibilities: Onboarding of new employees Tracking Experience Assessments Content Development Uploading materials to the LMS platform Training progress reporting Conducting and supporting training sessions Leadership Development Effectiveness Evaluation Monitoring KPIs Supporting Internal Communications Promoting internal campaigns Recognition initiatives Tenure-based recognition Support in Recruitment and Selection Weekly visits to company units We seek candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in T&D and Recruitment & Selection. Willingness to travel to our units is required. Experience in creating leadership development materials and programs is a plus.
