




Job Summary: We are seeking a Solutions Architect with HR domain knowledge to work consultatively—supporting the commercial process and designing technical solutions aligned with client needs. Development of technical architecture for solutions We seek a **Solutions Architect**, preferably with expertise in **Human Resources**, possessing strong technical proficiency in HR software solutions and the ability to lead technical presentations and solution/service defense. This professional will operate consultatively, supporting the commercial process—from initial needs assessment through design and presentation of the most suitable technical solution for the client. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Primary Responsibilities** * Work consultatively to understand client needs; * Conduct technical feasibility analysis and design solutions aligned with the client’s context; * Develop and deliver technical and functional solution presentations; * Prepare and present HR process assessments and diagnostics; * Design and develop the technical architecture and structure of Benner Group’s solutions; * Support the commercial process, ensuring adherence to the MVB – Benner Sales Methodology; * Participate in preparing technical proposals and support negotiations; * Perform project estimations and projections (customization, implementation, migration, and maintenance); * Support project pricing; * Conduct technical analysis and respond to RFPs, RFIs, POCs, and public tenders; * Work on projects targeting the public sector and mixed-economy enterprises; * Update information and milestones in the CRM; * Participate in product roadmaps and customer committees; * Analyze market data to generate insights and identify new opportunities. ### **Commercial Process Involvement** The professional will also provide technical support across the following stages: * Needs assessment and customer profile mapping; * Design and presentation of the technical solution; * Preparation of technical proposals; * Support during negotiation processes; * CRM updates and tracking of commercial activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, or related fields (with technical knowledge in Human Resources); * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in specialized HR, IT Management, People Management, Business, Processes, or Market areas (preferred); **Differentiator** * Knowledge in the Human Resources field. **Experience** * Experience in HR market operations; * Experience in technology is a plus; * Advanced knowledge of HR systems or similar solutions; * Experience structuring vision documents based on market-observed needs; * Proficiency in MS Office tools; * Basic database knowledge (mandatory — SQL commands); * Knowledge of BI – Business Intelligence; * Familiarity with HR business techniques and processes; * Knowledge of software development and implementation methodologies; * Intermediate-level technology knowledge; **Additional Information** * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Birthday day off * Transportation allowance * Corporate University: IPED / Allura — Free corporate education platform; * Certification Incentive: Additional remuneration per certification, per current policy (available after 3 months of employment) * Education Assistance: Reimbursement of up to 50% for postgraduate or MBA programs (available after 3 months of employment) * Wedding assistance (available after 1 year of employment) * Daycare assistance (values adjusted annually for children up to 60 months) * Maternity/Paternity bonus: Hospital discharge kit for newborns * TotalPass For 28 years, in Blumenau — Santa Catarina, a dream was born: transforming the technology sector through software that simplifies daily management for thousands of companies.
