Monitor and supervise the execution of civil works and services in an industrial environment; Ensure compliance of executed services with designs, technical specifications, and internal procedures; Perform service measurements, quantity surveys, and contractor oversight; Prepare physical progress reports and monitor project indicators; Monitor schedules and support cost and deadline control; Identify execution deviations and propose practical solutions to avoid rework; Support quality management and technological control of executed services; Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and suppliers. **To perform these activities, you must have:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Experience monitoring and controlling construction projects, preferably in industrial environments; Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings; Advanced Excel skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Project; Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; Firm presence on-site, proactivity, and owner mindset. **? Mandatory requirements for internal candidates (Atlas):** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; At least 6 months of tenure at Atlas; No unexcused absences, warnings, or suspensions in the last 6 months; Not approved in any internal recruitment process within the last 12 months. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** Experience in quality management for construction projects; Experience in technological control; Knowledge of performance indicators and physical-financial planning; Experience in supervising and controlling contractors. ?
