Boston Scientific Brazil is seeking an HR Operations Manager responsible for HR operations across the country. This professional will operate both strategically and operationally, ensuring continuous improvement, team management, and alignment with company policies and applicable legislation. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the entire payroll process (calculation, verification, statutory contributions, taxes, benefits, etc.) * Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation * Supervise onboarding, offboarding, vacation, leave of absence, and benefits processes * Lead and develop the People Administration / Payroll team * Ensure adherence to deadlines and data accuracy * Serve as liaison with departments such as Finance, Legal, and Audit * Manage payroll and system vendors (e.g., ERP, eSocial) * Monitor and ensure timely submission of ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, DIRF, etc.) * Implement improvements and automation in HR processes * Prepare managerial reports and area KPIs * Support internal and external audits #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree * Solid experience in HR operations and payroll * In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation * Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, TOTVS or similar) * Knowledge of eSocial and ancillary obligations * Advanced Excel * Willingness to work onsite three times per week * Intermediate English #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with digital transformation/automation of HR processes **Requisition ID:** 627795 Boston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
