We are seeking a **Dispatch Supervisor** to organize the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensure inventory accuracy, and support delivery logistics—guaranteeing that every order reaches the customer safely and on time. Your main responsibilities will include: * Lead the dispatch team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Organize, clean, and maintain inventory according to company standards. * Monitor product expiration dates, proper storage conditions, and correct packaging. * Pick orders based on delivery manifests and routes, verifying items before dispatch. * Receive goods from suppliers and record discrepancies or damages. * Monitor inventory levels, support stocktaking activities, and flag replenishment needs. * Train assistants, ensure compliance with procedures, and propose process improvements. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Requirements: **Requirements:** * Experience in dispatch, inventory, or logistics—preferably within the food manufacturing industry. * Hands-on experience organizing inventory, picking orders, and receiving goods. * Prior experience leading small teams or serving as a subject-matter reference within the department. * Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and food safety during handling and storage. * Ability to identify inventory discrepancies, damages, and document incidents. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous work experience in food and beverage companies. * Experience conducting periodic stocktakes and managing batch-based expiration date control. * Basic understanding of route planning and coordination with logistics teams. * Organized profile, with focus on continuous improvement and team development.
