If you possess a systemic perspective, enjoy working with processes, and simultaneously focus on human development, this is the place for you! **Your Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and Selection:** Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job profile alignment, candidate screening, interviews, and *onboarding*). * **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and support the implementation of training programs. * **Personnel Department:** Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll verification, and benefits administration in collaboration with Accounting/Personnel Department. * **Climate and Engagement:** Support climate surveys, internal events, and internal marketing initiatives. * **Internal Consulting:** Support managers with feedback delivery, conflict resolution, and application of HR policies. Preferred Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration. * Prior generalist experience (familiarity with each HR sub-function). * Up-to-date knowledge of Labor Legislation. * Proactive profile with excellent communication skills and mediation ability.
