Assist in customer service via phone and WhatsApp, providing initial information. Collaborate in preparing and presenting commercial proposals. Assist in performing simulations and sending proposals to customers. Monitor contract progress with the responsible team until completion. Support CRM updates and internal recordkeeping. Assist in tracking team commercial goals and results.
