Develop skills in food hygiene and storage **GASTRONOMY INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION** **LOCATION:** BONFIM \- CAMPINAS/SP **SCHEDULE:** 10:00 AM TO 4:30 PM WITH A 30-MINUTE BREAK, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY **REQUIREMENTS:** HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, ORGANIZED, COMMUNICATIVE, AND PROACTIVE **STIPEND:** R$900.00 \+ TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE AND LIFE INSURANCE **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ASSIST IN THE PRE-PREPARATION OF HOT AND COLD FOODS, PERFORM CLEANING AND PROPER STORAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SANITARY SURVEILLANCE REGULATIONS, AND VERIFY PRODUCT EXPIRATION DATES.
