Join our team! **Available Positions:** **Curitiba City Center – 1 position** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **11:00 AM to 8:00 PM**, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays, from **9:00 AM to 1:00 PM**. **Colombo – 1 position** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays, from **9:00 AM to 1:00 PM**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service and reception; * Course sales and enrollment processing; * Customer portfolio management and follow-up; * Customer service via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and in person; * Updating internal systems to activate candidates; * Analyzing performance reports to identify new customers; * Monitoring educational sector trends and developing commercial strategies. **Requirements:** * Customer service experience; * Sales experience; * Completed high school (a college degree is considered an advantage); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in an educational institution is an advantage. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary; * Performance bonuses; * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Allowance (VR); * CLT permanent employment contract.
