Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and operational DHO Analyst to work in Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, and Organizational Culture, developing people and reinforcing the company’s culture. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in DHO, T&D, R&S, or related areas; * Knowledge of competency-based training and selection methodologies.
