Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and operational DHO Analyst to work in Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, and Organizational Culture, developing people and reinforcing the company’s culture. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and operational involvement in Training & Development and Recruitment & Selection 2. Focus on employee development and strengthening organizational culture 3. Participation in employee engagement and internal communication projects We seek a **DHO Analyst** to act strategically and operationally in Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, and Organizational Culture processes, contributing to employee development and reinforcing the company’s culture. * Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership and partner departments; * Plan, organize, and execute capacity-building, development, and onboarding programs; * Support leadership development initiatives and learning paths; * Evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous improvements; * Conduct recruitment processes (profile alignment, job postings, screening, interviews, and feedback); * Partner with departments to understand hiring needs; * Support talent attraction initiatives and employer branding enhancement; * Monitor R&S metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hires, among others); * Support and implement actions aimed at reinforcing culture, values, and organizational climate; * Participate in employee engagement, internal communication, and employee experience projects; * Contribute to climate surveys and action plans; * Act as a day-to-day culture agent, promoting practices aligned with the company’s values. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in DHO, T&D, R&S, or related areas; * Knowledge of competency-based training and selection methodologies.
